It was a common sense that one coating needed one robot in the normal system. Now SOFTBOY PRO can
realize a new way, that is, 3 coating by 1 robot.
In order to realize this new coating way, we also improved peripheral technologies such as coating supply system, handling device, custom automatic gun, color change system, control technology and so on in addition to the robot technology. Especially the most important factor to realize the new way came from that SOFTBOY PRO was a ceiling-suspended robot.
The structural features of SOFTBOY PRO are that the robot is a ceiling suspended type and furthermore it moves.
Other robots, for example, balance-armed robots are fixed on the ground and move drawing an ark just at the point.
In case of the ceiling-suspended robot, that point itself moves like a monorail.
