One-cup Syringe Pump System
The One‑Cup Syringe Pump System supplies paint using a one‑cup method, setting only the required amount. It is ideal for small‑lot, multi‑color production and frequent color changes, as well as test coating and sample panel preparation.

This is a dedicated coating material supply system that can be controlled by the robot. It provides a precise feed of a specified volume of coating material.
The gear pump system is a positive displacement supply system that feeds in proportion to the number of gear rotations. Air pressure cannot supply high-viscosity paint in a quantitative and precise manner. The stable revolving speed and power of the gears allow a constant amount of paint to be supplied to the robot accurately and stably, eliminating unnecessary consumption of paint and achieving the target coating thickness at a low cost.
