Types of DATA-PRO(DATA-PRO)
Coating robot dedicated to coating data creation
DATA-PRO is divided into two main types. They are used according to the size of the workpiece to be coated, the shape of the jig, and the number of guns mounted on the robot.
Advanced coating data compatibility
Coating data is created by the teaching assistant software "SWANIST". The created coating data is compatible with robots such as SOFTBOY-PRO and LINE DANCER. Teaching data, condition settings, workpiece information, etc. can be transferred to the coating robot. The production robot can accurately reproduce the data with simple adjustments (e.g., jig height).
Available in two types: S type and M type
Type S and M are used differently depending on the size of the workpiece and the complexity of the area to be coated (e.g., double-sided coating of a workpiece). There are differences in operating range and payload capacity.

Gun attachment
Multiple gun attachments for 2- and 3-coat applications can be installed at the tip of the robot (optional). Turret guns are also available for testing according to workpiece size. Selection can be made according to workpiece size and coating area.
Paint supply equipment
Takubo Engineering's original paint supply system is designed with a syringe pump system at its core. The system is designed to accurately control the paint supply, which affects the paint film, and to provide a stable supply without pulsation. In addition, the provisional amount of paint used (amount to be prepared) is calculated by SWANIST, so that only the necessary amount of paint can be prepared in one cup, thereby minimizing the wasteful use of paint.
