Pump system for fixed-volume supply of high-viscosity paint
The gear pump system is a positive displacement supply system that feeds in proportion to the number of gear rotations. Air pressure cannot supply high-viscosity paint in a quantitative and precise manner. The stable revolving speed and power of the gears allow a constant amount of paint to be supplied to the robot accurately and stably, eliminating unnecessary consumption of paint and achieving the target coating thickness at a low cost.

What is a gear pump system?
This system is designed to accurately supply paint by having the gear sprockets filled with paint and controlling the rotation of the gears.
A diaphragm pump is used as the pressure feed pump up to the gear pump.
Return valves, etc. are designed in the same way as in a normal paint circuit.
For the spray gun, an automatic gun adapted to the paint is selected from the Sukotti gun series according to the purpose of the finish.
Use according to the viscosity of the paint

The gear pump adjusts the speed of the gear sprocket to provide a stable and accurate fixed-volume supply of high-viscosity paint.
