Teaching data generation
After workpiece information is captured, placement is determined, and teaching preparations are complete, the next step is to generate teaching data. The created orbit data is replayed in a virtual space with spray conditions, rotation speed, and other conditions added.

Digitization

Robots do not work without a teaching process. This process has been a source of frustration for the coating staff. Until now, programs were created by inputting each point by remote teaching. SWANIST performs robot teaching, paint condition setting, and workpiece placement on a PC in a virtual space.
Input setting

Teaching work can be performed while viewing a realistic 3DCG operation screen
- “Accurate Aiming" is possible instead of "Sensible aiming”
- Reduction of work time
- Aiming can be checked in a few millimeters.

Gun distance setting
Real time display of gun distance
Offline teaching
Offline teaching

The digitized SWANIST is completed as a teaching assistant application. From workpiece data capture to placement, teaching, and simulation, all can be done on a PC.
Offline teaching can be accomplished by two means
- DATA-PRO and other robot controllers
- PC on the desk
