Turret Gun is a triple-gun unit to realize 3-coating. Labor for color-change and problems of paint or solvent consumptions for cleaning can be solved substantially. And also multi-kind small-quantity production can be realized with low cost.
- One Gun manages One Color. Three Colors can be changed immediately.
Turret Gun - Color-change is possible without any stop of the production line.
The inside of work piece with height can be coated.
Problem of core-part coating for work piece with height can be solved by Turret Gun unit with radiation style.
Detailed coating is possible.
- Internal or Inside (Core) Coating is possible.
- Simultaneous coating of up to 2 rings
