Developed a mechanism to fill a pouch container with paint, put it in the container, and discharge the paint by water pressure. In addition, the spray gun is docked, and air is piped to the atomization pressure, needle pressure, and pattern pressure to provide the function of a spray gun.
It was developed to eliminate the waste loss of paint remaining inside the paint hose.

A spray gun that eliminates wasteful disposal of paint.
Developed to eliminate the disposal of unused paint from paint containers to spray guns. Reduction of industrial waste and its processing cost. It brings cost benefits such as responding to the global environment. By using a pouch-type package for transporting paint, the minimum required amount is reduced and waste paint is reduced. In addition, there is no need for heavy paint cans, which can significantly reduce shipping costs.

Calculation example

  1. 30 color changes a day: 45ℓ discarded

Approximately 1 ton of paint is discarded annually

If the color is changed and washed 30 times a day, the amount of paint discarded at one time is about 1.5 liters, so the amount of waste is about 1 ton per year. The cost is about 27 million Japanese yen and the paint is wasted.
