DRAGON LINE is the original conveyor line exclusively for coating of TAKUBO with the accumulation mechanisms at the both sides of SOFTBOY PRO, the coating robot, so that the conveyor line in the robot booth stops for a while only in coating.
In general, a coating device is designed to follow the moving conveyor line. TAKUBO has realized its unique policy “Slow Coating with Quick Finish”, which means coating in stopping the line, by designing to set a partial stopping function on a moving conveyor line. Not only the high quality of coating but also the mass-production with the lower energy-cost, which includes the lowest coating material consumption and air-supply volume due to small booth, has been realized.
