New development, Turret Gun, exclusively for coating robot
3 Coatings by 1 Robot is possible
It is a gun attachment exclusively for “LINE DANCER” the new-type coating robot with a minor change of increased loadable weight. Three arms with guns extend in all directions, and they can make under-coat, middle-coat and top-coat respectively.
The installed gun is R-11T, Sukotti Gun Series, which was developed exclusively for Turret Gun. About the weight, it is lighter by about 51% than conventional R-07T, and also about the volume it is smaller by about 39% than R-07T. That is, the super-small and light custom automatic gun is used for Turret Gun.
Making the gun smaller and lighter decreases a load-burden for the robot with multiple guns. It can easily get into the center of rotating jig to coat the inside of work pieces during revolving coating. Teaching capacity is increased to improve coating quality much more.
