Upgraded design
The new version of our compact SS-type robot offers more advanced functionality and an upgraded design. The suspended concept has been retained while the essential coating equipment—robot arm, coating supply unit, scotchi guns (guns that apply minute amounts of coating), conveyor unit, booth—have been integrated into a single system. The new look is very sharp.This system is optimized for coating work such as car parts or buttons and switches for mobile devices. In particular, it maintains a level of quality with laser cutting, etc., that competing products cannot match. The suspended configuration and “R-technology” (rotating coating) robot system employing batch teaching reduce costs by cutting coating consumption while delivering high-quality thin-film coating results. Data such as coating condition settings is compatible with the DATA-PRO, allowing consistently high-quality coating in production environments (DATASS-300). TAKUBO sets the world standard in button coating systems.
