Midsize Coating Robot System Joins TAKUBO Product Lineup
Compared with earlier small format models, the new midsize robot system is larger and can be mounted with up to eight guns. It can coat small through medium size work pieces, including work that is too large for existing small format models.
- In the case of mobile phone handsets, up to 80 pieces (10 pieces per ring × 8 rings) can be coated simultaneously.
- Coating material consumption per piece is approximately 1 gram (based on actual results coating mobile phone handsets).
- The new model is compatible with SOFTBOY PRO series data, such as that generated by DATA-PRO.
- It is also compatible with water soluble coating materials.
- The new midsize SOFTBOY PRO model is ideal for mass production settings, combining low coating material consumption, high-quality thin coating layers, and sharing and control of coating data.
