High Accuracy Decoration
Adopting high accuracy linear rail, ink-paint is correctly blown off since algorithm to impact ink on the moving work is calculated at high grade. It is drawn by 1 pixel unit so that the installed design picture is reproduced exactly as it is.
Wide Production Range including Small Lot
It is possible to produce even only one work piece. "Small quantity production means unprofitability" is an old story. Without waste consumption of ink-paint and over spraying, booth is not required. The compact machine does not make any cost loss.
Improvement of Yield Rate
Since coating film is completed in a moment by construction techniques of our original head with CMYK and LED-UV Radiation, there is no opportunity for dust or seeding to get in. High quality coating film can be realized at very high speed.
CMYK plus LED-UV Radiation
The LED-UV Radiation device is installed at the original developed multiple head for each ink of CMYK. UV radiation is made only at necessary places by the calculated program. Coating film is completed in a moment.
