Smallest-class size is realized as a pressure-resistance explosion-proof AC servo motor. It is available to use as driving for coating robot, and also as built-in driving equipment for paint pumps or syringe pumps etc. It has been certificated by the Explosion-proof Guideline of 2008FY version (Japan). It can be used as driving equipment in the dangerous atmosphere area.
