Superior Performance for Long Workpieces: Suspended Robot #2
Exceptional X-Axis Traversal: Line Dancer 2002 Coating Test
We attempted to mass-produce long items, but the coating thickness was uneven at both ends and the center. This issue was resolved in 2002 by Soft Boy, which is now called as the Line Dancer Libero and the prototype of the Line Dancer, suspended robot.
The photo shows a painting test scene from 2002. It was a painting test aimed at mass production of long items.
We developed a jig with a rotating axis. This marked the beginning of the rotating painting R technology. The combination of multiple thin coatings, rotation, and condition settings completed the painting process.
