OIL BOOTH Simple Maintenance Guide
Collection Booth for Painting OIL BOOTH
Easy maintenance will keep OIL BOOTH's performance. The following maintenance tips will ensure a long and comfortable life for your OIL BOOTH.
◉Is paint sludge building up in the tank?
☞ Remove paint sludge. Sludge buildup will reduce the performance of the booth.
Note: After removing the sludge, refill the cleaning TABO OIL to the specified level.
◉Is the OIL flowing evenly across the front baffle plate?
☞ Adjust the bias of the OIL curtain.
Adjust the leveler plate at the top of the OIL BOOTH to make the OIL flow evenly.
☞ OIL viscosity reacts to ambient temperature. In cold regions, we recommend a looser TABO-Oil (Turbo Oil) #100. In hotter environments, we recommend the harder TABO-OIL #300; if you feel the OIL flow is too hard, you can adjust the viscosity by adding more #100.
◉Is the amount of OIL correct?
☞ Check the level of OIL.
Add oil according to the oil leveler in the tank behind the oil booth.
◉Is the air intake weak?
☞ Replace the filter.
Check the condition of the filter daily.
☞ Extreme clogging will reduce the performance of the booth. Check the manometer (pressure gauge) for normal values; 200 hPa is normal; clogged filters, etc. are to be expected at 300 hPa or higher. (The set value varies depending on the booth. Refer to the specification sheet.)
☞ Inspect the inside of the exhaust duct.
If the booth is used for a long time, paint sludge may clog the duct. Remove it.
Remove it.
