Burner Cleaning and Inspection
We will introduce you to an easy way to clean and inspect your Drytech so that you can use it comfortably.
Note: In Japan, the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations Article 299 (Periodic Self-Inspection) requires an annual self-inspection of dryers and the retention of records for three years.
1. Check the burner's sound and flame color.
A “whooshing” sound and a blue flame indicate good condition. If there is no sound and the flame is red, please perform the following cleaning and inspection:
■Clean the inside of the air hose (black hose) with air or other tools.
■Clean the intake filter or the wire mesh of the exhaust fan.
2. Check the ignition rod and monitoring rod.
Open the burner and check the installation position of the ignition rod (top) and the monitoring rod (bottom). Make sure there is no dirt or carbon around them (as this can cause ignition failure). Cleaning the surrounding area with air can be effective.

Important notice:
Due to the manufacturer's circumstances, production of analog temperature regulators has been discontinued. In case of a breakdown, we recommend changing to the latest digital temperature regulator.
●We also offer panel replacements. For specifications and pricing, please contact our sales department.
