We have developed a multi-gun attachment for SWAN Pro that supports revolving coating internal/external coating.
Inside coating of workpieces was a challenging problem required for revolving coating. Because of the difficulty of reaching the spray gun inside, uneven coating sometimes occurred. To overcome this issue, we have developed a gun attachment for SWAN Pro that allows internal and external coating.

Takubo Engineering began developing TURRET GUN in 2012 to overcome internal coating. Developed for revolving coating of mobile phones and door mirrors. We have developed 3-gun unit type, four-gun unit type (cross-shaped), and two-gun unit type of TURRET GUN for SWAN robot.
｜Mobile phones and door mirrors｜
It was originally developed for use for coating such as mobile phones and door mirrors. Due to the design of the workpiece, the demand for coating inside increased, and TURRET GUN was developed.
｜Door handles etc.｜
The target workpieces are various. This is particularly useful when you want to coat the inside of a workpieces mounted on revolving jigs such as door handles and door mirrors.
