Because of Indirect heating method, DRY TEC has an extremely low risk of explosion due to the structure that prevents the entry of fire into the oven. Explosion Vent can be designed as an option to avoid risk by any chance.
In addition, Seismic Shut-off Device can be equipped on request.
What is Explosion Vent?
It is a discharge port that opens instantly and reduces damage to the equipment when an explosion occurs as a result of the solvent vapor in the oven igniting during drying of coating work pieces.
What is Seismic Shut-off Device?
It is a device that senses a certain shaking and shuts off the supply of fuel (electricity, gas).
It is possible to equip it to the already installed DRY TEC. However, in some cases the seismic isolation system cannot be installed on some of older control panels. Please contact us.
