Conventional mixing devices have some problems such as incorrect mixing ratio due to On/Off movement of the spray, poor precision of the discharging volume control, and unevenness in multiple-gun sprayings.
In our new developed TAKUBO 3-liquid Precise Mixing System, a new method of mixing in the main syringe pumps to discharge mixed paint has been developed. Because high-precision syringe pump is basically equipped, very precise mixed paint is really discharged.
・Stable mixing regardless On/Off of spraying
・Pumping precision is very accurate because of syringe pump
・Acceptable for multiple guns
・Available for all TAKUBO robots such as SWAN or LINE DANCER with multiple-gun loading.
Production of multiple-liquid high performance coating film can be realized.
