New introduction of Hose-less Gun
Connecting Spray Gun and Pouch to be displayed at PAINT & COATINGS EXPO
TAKBO ENGINEERING has been working on this issue for a long time. And finally we are introducing this Hose-less Gun.
Hose-less Gun (tentative name) is an integrated spray gun with paint tank dedicated for SWAN robot so that paint hose is deleted from coating robot. Pouch-type container filled with paint is pressed by water in the pouch case to discharge paint being controlled from the spray gun.
The hose-less guns are automatically replaced on SWAN robot with dedicated loading/unloading system.Basically Pouch-type container is designed to be disposable for each use, but in case of continuous production with the same color paint, you can refill the paint in the container.
TAKUBO is always thinking about how to reduce various kinds of the hidden waste in coating operation and also how to realize a healthy coating production.
