Net coating is also possible with SWAN robot
SWAN-Pro of Revolving Coating (R-technology) is also possible to make a net coating (straight line coating)
SWAN, explosion-proof coating robot, was developed dedicatedly for Revolving Coating (R-technology). It can manage not only revolving coating but also net coating (straight line method).
Multiple work pieces loaded on a circle jig are coated by turning CW and CCW by SWAN coating robot. But, straight line coating is also required depending on work component or paint.
SWAN robot has been designed to be able to manage such coating situation.
Although it is developed dedicatedly for revolving coating, SWAN robot can do net coating, too. Software to make net coating is also equipped in SWAN. It can manage all kinds of coating technology to support our customers.
