Exhibition at TOSHIBA MACHINE Solution Fair 2018
Metal decoration system means a proposal of Metal deposition function for Car emblem and Low VOC with High value added products in connection between our Primer Jet-technology and the vision of TOSHIBA MACHINE, our Product Business Partner.
Molded articles (material=PC) decorated with color by Ink-jet decoration equipment are processed with functional metal deposition by high-speed spattering device. Furthermore, they are coated with primer to firmly fix with material and then finally they are coated with Clear to add wear resistance and glossiness by our Ink-jet equipment.
3D decoration by Jet-design
We are also challenging various kind of decoration technology by utilizing High drawing performance and accurate droplet landing accuracy of Jet-design.
● Ink-jet technology of Unevenness to express Real texture
3D Stacking technology by Ink-jet is able to create real texture such as wood grain or leather.
● Lenticular printing by Ink-jet technology
Lenticular printing to provide depth in the lens effect (Note 1) can be produced with 1/5 (Note 2) of conventional cost and a very easy method by Ink-jet technology.
（Note 1）Lenticular printing is a special printing method that can express three-dimensional and movement while it is a flat print. （Note 2）Based on our own research.
