Connected with W-turn, the transfer device with rotation mechanism, for SWAN robot. Turning both Rotation jig (work jig) and Revolution jig (base jig) by using the power of rotation mechanism, the work pieces are coated.
(Rotation speeds change depending on work shape or paint or film thickness etc.)
Rotation jig and Revolution jig are separated. Rotation jig (work jig) is transferred by handling robot to Revolution jig (base jig). While both jigs of Rotation and Revolution turn, SWAN robot makes a coating operation.
