New development of Cross Gun (4-gun) for 4-coating
4 coatings by one robot, installing at LINE DANCER
In response to request for multi-coating production, we have realized one robot make 4-coating by itself. In the conventional LINE DANCER with W-turn, there was only Turret Gun (3-gun) for 3-coting as attachment. Now we can propose Cross Gun as a new developed attachment for 4-coating adding one more coat (one more gun) to the 3-coat turret gun.
Since high-grade design coating with more than 4 coatings is becoming popular in automotive bodies and automotive exterior parts, TAKUBO have been also proceeding development accordingly.
Only one robot can manage all of the coatings from Under coating (2 Middle coatings) to Top coating. R-technology of revolving coating and Cross Gun with 4-coating can solve any issues about paint consumption saving, high-grade coating and high-efficiency of coating production at the same time.
