TAKUBO to Exhibit at SURTECH and Coating Japan 2006
Display will feature newly developed X-SYSTEM hose-less robot system.
TAKUBO exhibit will center around the DATASS-300 coating concept.
The SOFTBOY PRO X-SYSTEM (patent applied for) is a new concept in coating robots that completely does away with coating material hoses. It is equipped with the newly developed syringe gun (patent applied for) that combines the spray gun and syringe pump in a single unit. The syringe gun has a capacity of 250 cc. It is first loaded with the necessary amount of coating material and then coating can take place. If the coating material mixing chamber is located in a separate location, an air shooter is used to transport the syringe gun. The new system eliminates the need to clean coating material hoses, dramatically reduces
consumption of cleaning solvent and costs associated with transport, and contributes to a major lessening in environment impact in terms of VOC emissions. Additional coating material supply system options include a one-cup system (patented) and a simple pack system (patent applied for). You can choose the system that best meets your requirements. There are also videos of a virtual plant employing the SUPER SPINDLE SS robot rendered using computer graphics and of actual installations of the SUPER SPINDLE 300C 4-gun and 8-gun systems.
