2004 CHINA INTERNATIONAL ROBOT EXPO

- TAKUBO was one of the Japanese companies exhibiting at this international robot exposition held in Beijing, China.
- The main organizer of 2004 China Robot Expo was the Beijing Research Institute of Automation for Machinery Industry (RIAMB), established in 1954 by the central government as a national project to promote the Chinese robot industry under the “National 363 Program.”
- TAKUBO’s exhibit included videos and work samples coated using DATASS-300, a new robot system technology designed primarily for coating mobile phone handsets and IT products.
- TAKUBO’s exhibit was inside the Japan Pavilion (a large tent), to the left of the National Agricultural Exhibition Center.
- The theme was “competitive ability”: System technology for beating the competition on cost and design.
- Work and coating system samples were on display.
- ※ DATA-PRO: A dedicated compact coating robot for data generation.
- ※ SUPER SPINDLE 300C: A mass-production type coating system designed to reduce costs and provide excellent quality.
- ※ DATASS-300: A system combining DATA-PRO and SUPER SPINDLE 300C that separates coating tests (data generation) from the production line to reduce coating costs.
- Advanced robots are naturally in the spotlight. You can know China being in the ascendant.
