SWANIST is an automatic teaching system application dedicated to the 4-axis self-supporting original coating robot SWAN Pro, which reads workpieces data and achieves optimal placement in the jig in virtual space. Robot pass line (trajectory data) is generated and the coating is reproduced in virtual space.
Film thickness, scale, and sagging are automatically avoided, and optimal coating data can be created in a virtual world. (As of August 2019)
The final form of SWANIST is that the coating robot SWAN paints workpieces without teaching.
Our goal is to automate troublesome and difficult robot teaching and to realize a coating production line that does not require an operator. In addition, we aim to fully automate an integrated production line from molding to painting and assembly.
