Original Conveyor Line for Coating
DRAGON LINE is Takubo’s original conveyor line with accumulation mechanism exclusively for SOFTBOY PRO series robots.
The purpose of accumulation mechanism is to stop the conveyor movement partially by pilling up and releasing. This style is coming from our basic concept of coating technology, that is, “coating during work stopping”.
Setting the accumulation mechanisms at the both sides of a robot for mass-production line such as Super spindle 300C or LINE DANCER can make the conveyor line in the robot-coating booth stop for a while in coating operation. In other words, although multi-gun mounting as a feature of the ceiling-suspended robot provides an effective mass-production, the longer booth increases the exhaust-air volume and also raises the energy cost in result.
In order to solve this problem, DRAGON LINE with the accumulation mechanism has been developed.
Origin of the name, DRAGON LINE, comes from “appearance of like a dragon” and our hope, “increase of volume and profit like a dragon”.
