SUPER SPINDLE

Rotating of the work pieces at a high speed on the line with atomized coating material from the gun solve the problem of uneven coating making the film thickness stable. Of course, productivity increases very much, too.For example, in case of mobile phone, one jig can be mounted with 10 work pieces, and then the production efficiency will increase very much higher than the conventional spindle coatings, where only one work piece can be coated.
