Takubo introduced the concept of Hose-less Robot in 2006 in oreder to realize reduction of cleaning solvent and also to contribute to reduction of VOC emission. Now we are proposing the Hose-less Robot system with Syringe Guns exclusively for Automobile Outside Mirror Case Coating.

Newly developed syringe gun design combines sukotti gun and sysringe pump in a single unit. No coating material hose for coating material supply, so there is no need for large amounts of cleaning solvent.

Exchange of the syringe gun, which is combined of syringe pump and gun, eliminates the need of any coating material hoses.

In the future, the syring guns will be transported by air shooter from coating material room. Takubo is planning such a system called ［X-SYSTEM], where multiple coating robots and coating material room are connected at high speed.
