It is a coating robot system "Hose-less coating system" that uses a hose-less gun. It was developed as an initiative to eliminate paint loss. The hose-less gun is filled with paint, and the SWAN robot performs the transfer and attachment / detachment. Paint production is realized by revolving coating.

All pressure adjustments are controlled by the SWAN Robot. Numerical values are managed by setting the conditions of the teaching assistant software "SWANIST".

This is a systemized coating mass production system for SWAN coating robots, which supports units for filling hose-less guns with paint / cleaning guns / hose-less guns.
