TAKUBO Engineering Co., Ltd. started selling the spindle line compatible coating robot system "SWAN-C", which was announced at the 2019 exhibition, in April 2021.
At the end of 2019, we received many inquiries after announcing the prototype just like the actual machine. Although the announcement was postponed at Covid-19, further improvements and developments were made during that time, and the product is now on sale. In particular, by incorporating the syringe pump of the precision paint supply device into the robot body and connecting the newly developed ultra-small Sukotti spray guns one by one, it is possible to continuously produce high-quality coating without spray variation. It is possible to coat with up to 16 spray guns at the same time.
"Swan-C" was born by solving problems such as loss cost of popular spindle painting line and difficult condition setting. Overcome painting problems with the ease of installing on an existing spindle line. The revolving coating technology based on "R-technology" makes it possible to cut paint loss, reduce industrial waste costs, reduce environmental impact, improve quality, and improve yields.
