The Explosion-proof Coating Robot SWAN Pro is compatible with small to medium-sized workpieces.
"R-technology" is revolving coating technology using robots.
Multiple workpieces are mounted on a revolving jig. The W-turn transfer device equipped with a rotation mechanism mounted on the SWAN Robot rotates the workpieces forward and reverse. Then, the SWAN Robot paints to trace the rotating workpieces.
It covers almost all small to medium size workpieces, from automotive interior and exterior parts to mobile, precision equipment parts, cosmetics and eyeglass frames. In addition, it corresponds to all materials including metal and resin.
