SWAN robot is located at the center, and booths such as dust removal, electricity removal, coating, IR drying, and UV irradiation are arranged around the periphery.
The conventional conveyor line was abolished, and the SWAN robot’s transfer device W-turn was customized and completed as a conveyor-less coating system "Quick System-UV".
TAKUBO Engineering has proposed UV coatings for more than 40 years, taking advantage of the characteristics of UV coatings.
