Presentation of SWAN-Pro and SWANIST (in Japan)
Paint Show organized by NCC Co., Ltd. in AZUMINO, NAGANO
A new version of SWAN robot, SWAN-Pro, and a teaching assist software, SWANIST, are presented at the Paint Show organized by NCC Co., Ltd. (in AZUMINO, NAGANO, Japan) on November 10, 2017.
“SWANIST” is a teaching assist software which really makes robotic teaching work much easier, and it is equipped to a new robot “SWAN-Pro” as standard equipment.
Mr. Kojima of our technical development department gave a presentation about special functions and developing status of “SWANIST” at the Paint Show.
Taking 3D information of a work component by scanner and putting it into PC, you can use circle jig placement function, automatic teaching function, coating analysis function, automatic generation function and other assist functions on off-line teaching basis by the assist software of SWANIST. Developed function of version 1 (Phase 2) is loaded on “SWAN-Pro” as standard equipment.
And we are exhibiting at ASTEC 2018 to be held from February 14, 2018 at TOKYO Big Site. Actual machine of new “SWAN-Pro” is going to be exhibited as a demonstration there.
