This is the 1st phase of Teaching-assist in the coating automation project, in which you can see the robot movement on the controller monitor as it is. We had been preparing the software installation with the robot for this solution fair. Now you will be able to make a teaching operation with gun positioning, editing and evaluation by Off-line, and it will be a strategy for Teaching Automation project.
｜New Development, PRIMER JET (for INK JET Decoration)
INK JET Decoration on the film of spattering metal, which was not possible before, now can be realized. The dedicated primer for INK JET, “PRIMER JET”, has been developed. The film thickness by the latest ink technology (the maximum 160μm in the test) with crackles was shown, and also demonstration for the base following INK JET decoration was made.
