Coating Technology Seminar organized by NCC Co., Ltd. was held at Hotel Mielparque NAGANO (in Nagano, Japan) on July 8, 2016 (Friday). Mr. SASAKI, our president, and Mr. UEMURA of our technical division gave lecture about some current and future issues in industrial coating introducing various historical and environmental topics. It was really interesting.
Mr. HARADA, president of NCC Co., Ltd. did the initial greetings and then the seminar started among full of tension and expectation air.
That was the fifth NCC Coating Technology Seminar, and at this mile stone Mr. SASAKI, our president, and Mr. UEMURA of our technical division gave the lecture.
The seminar was composed of 2 parts, one is lecture and the other is technical exchange meeting. First of all Mr. SASAKI gave a lecture about the theme “Talking of industrial coating future” in introducing some details of TOSODO so that the audience was so impressed by the coating secret. Also he talked about the latest coating robot, “SWAN”, and emphasized the new era of coating robot.
History of spray gun, air, gun distance, technology theory about paint consumption, and coating technology trend in automotive industry, effectiveness of revolving coating technology and others were introduced sometimes in the air of some tension. The audience were eagerly listening and some people were taking note diligently.
Mr. UEMURA gave a lecture about the latest Ink-jet technology in the world, new production line by Ink-jet, various kinds of Ink-jet topics from the latest to the near future or the latest film performance and drawing technology by Ink-jet. The audience were so surprised at the latest and secret technology which were beyond their expectation.
In the second part, exchange meeting and reception party were held with some exhibitions of mainly industrial coating users. Many people were exchanging their name cards in looking at displays by exhibitors and having some light snacks in cheerful atmosphere.

The fifth NCC Coating Technology Seminar was organized by NCC Co., Ltd. as its own project for the industrial coating companies located mainly in Nagano prefecture area, whose coating technology level has been historically so high, in order to promote further technical innovation and devise distribution corresponding to the new age.
