It becomes an independence-type coating robot by combining it with our original W-Turn 4-top mechanism.
Installing our original small type AC servo motor, which we developed with coating robots, complete pressure-resistance and explosion-proof SUKOTTI Gun, robot arm, Controller and One-cup system Syringe Pump are combined as peripheral devices. Since we think it important to keep concept of easiness for user, basically you can use it immediately just by setting.
R-Technology of the revolving coating which we cultivated in mobile phone coating, is also used in SWAN so that it is a detective revolving coating robot. There are a lot of advantages such as high quality with multi-layer thin-film coating, reduction of waste paint consumption, cost reduction for color change and speed-up of work operation.
All of the technology to try reduction of the coating running cost is realized in SWAN.
SWAN robot can be set in existing line, too. We are pleased to support from replacement of robot to new system Introduction. We can propose reasonable automatic line, which will be able to manage 2-coat or 3-coat by adding a newly developed explosion-proof type transfer device for coating, CoSWAN, to replace a batch type with worker as you like.
