SWAN, New-type Coating Robot, was born
New type machine following R-Technology, equipped with W-Turn
The name is “SWAN”. It has a beautifully rounded style which is unexpected as a robot, and it looks like a swan floating in the lake.
New developed independence-type robot and W-Turn, the turning table with high-accuracy turning mechanism, are combined together. It is a new type robot following R-Technology of the revolving coating.
You can install it very easily even in front of an existing booth because of compact design. It is suitable for multi-kind and small-quantity production.
Since it is set in the price range different from those of our other products such as SOFTBOY PRO and LINE DANCER, it is very reasonable and easy to adopt. We would like to recommend this to the users who want to replace a stopping old robot, or who has a multi-kind small-quantity production, or who thinks of newly installing a coating robot and so on.
Suitable for various kinds of small and middle size work pieces.
New type paint supply system is also equipped as standard specifications, and you can ask for an explosion-proof type handling robot as option. This is a high grade coating system following R-Technology of the revolving coating.
We are introducing it on panel basis from January 28, 2015 at Tokyo Big Site, in Ariake, Japan. We are going to showing a prototype in the mid of April.
