A new coating material supply system is introduced with explosion-proof specifications as a necessary item for digital coating. High-grade reproducibility can be realized. Both stable high-quality coating and mass-production in safety are also possible.
Syringe pump to control coating material by 1 cc unit is newly developed with explosion-proof specifications. Only one unit can correspond to up to 8 spray guns. In usual type, there was unevenness of discharge for each gun, and it was not in good safety without explosion-proof specifications. In the new explosion-proof syringe pump of TAKUBO ENGINEERING, one cylinder corresponds to one spray gun. It can supply coating material for multiple guns without any unevenness simultaneously and with high accuracy very safely.
