Coating Conveyor Line with Accumulate Mechanism
The conveyor line stops in front of the coating robot while the robot coats revolving work pieces. That makes it possible to reduce the Total Energy Cost including Air Conditioning Energy, Facility Space, and Coating Cost etc.
DRAGON LINE is a Coating Conveyor Line which has two Accumulate Mechanisms at each the left and right side of the Coating Robot. It stops only the part of conveyor for coating. That is, a structure to Stop the Conveyor While Moving the Conveyor Line.
This realizes the high quality coating technology, R-Technology, in which revolving work pieces are coated while stopping them in front of the robot. The booth width for a coating robot with multiple guns of more than 8 can be reduced, and also the air conditioning energy can be saved very much.
