Debut – Coating System for Automotive Wheels
New Coating-Drying System, “Jou-lo”, was exhibited in Thermotec 2009 Japan
This Coating System exclusively for Automotive Wheels consists of the coating robot with multiple guns, “Softboy Pro”, and the newly developed IH drying system, “Jou-lo”. It can manage flexibly from small quantity many kinds production to mass production with the robot which coats two or four wheels simultaneously by using great features of world new, moving ceiling-suspended robot, Softboy Pro. Stability of the quality will be achieved since the coating room can be in a clean room.
“Jou-lo” is a drying system with induction heating method using electricity.
We have newly developed it as a baking-drying system for automotive wheels. The method, in which paint is dried by heating the main body of metal, is completely different from the conventional drying method. The drying time can be much shorter than that of the conventional, Camel Back Oven.
