We are pleased to show you a Trial Coating by SWAN. Japanese edition
SWAN is a coating robot system dedicated to revolving coating and equipped with necessary devices as a set, in which it is very easy to install because there is no difficulty of system building. Time and cost for construction at the site are reduced so much that you could start a coating operation soon just after setting of SWAN is finished.
Inheriting R-Technology of the revolving coating, this robot system is dedicated to revolving coating with the excellent features including great productivity by multiple-gun mounting, precise control of paint discharging volume, multi-layer thin film coating and so on. Compact design is suitable for various operations from batch-type to automation-type. It works efficiently for small-volume and multi-kind production with a lot of color and model changes. It will be also suitable for mass-production by using the handling robot which is now under developing.
In the SWAN home page, various functions and features are explained mainly with pictures, and also new functions and applications will be introduced from now.
Furthermore, some data of the coating tests are disclosed so that it is a real coating control
robot.
We are very much pleased to show you a Trial Coating by SWAN now. We would like to introduce our demonstration room as coating environment which we will propose to you at the same time.
