What is Pre-Purge?

Pre-Purge is to exhaust unburned gas in a combustion chamber before ignition by exhauster so that gas explosion can be prevented.
Pre-Purge is done before ignition. It is called as Post-Purge to exhaust forcibly after shutting off the burning.
