It is our originally developed small-sized explosion-proof motor, which was born in a process of robot development. It should have been small and explosion so that it was built in a coating robot. It can be used as a motor for Syringe Pump, coating material supply device. It is expected as built-in drive equipment for a device used in an explosion-hazard area. Now we can provide it as a single product.
World smallest, Pressure-resistant Explosion-proof AC Servo Motor
This small-sized explosion-proof AC servo motor was originally designed and developed while we were developing robots exclusively for coating. Successfully it was completed as a driving equipment built-in coating robot arms, and also adopted for Syringe Pump, coating material supply device. We have just started to sell it as built-in driving equipment to be installed in an explosion-hazard area.

- Acquired a certificate of the latest explosion-proof guideline for 2008FY version (Certificated product by Technology Institution of Industrial Safety / Japan)
Servo Amplifier
- Installed a positioning function of “Point to Point”
- Available for almost every kind of interface such as DI/O, CC-Link, Device-Net, and RS485
- Excellent maintainability because separate power sources are used for the main circuit and the control
Main use
For coating-material supply pump and so on in the coating system, and also as driving equipment in the above mentioned area.
