However, SOFTBOY PRO has realized it that only one robot makes two kinds of coating simultaneously by our original system technologies of the robots and the peripheral devices.
Multiple door mirrors are mounted on a ring-jig, and four ring-jigs are coated simultaneously. It has been completed by the newest technologies of peripheral devices and the technologies such as robot control, coating control, a newly developed spray gun, new color change system, and so on, which were cultivated by the mobile phone coating systems.

◎The required space for the equipment will be reduced to approximately 1/4 (in case of the two-coating operation).
