W-Turn
TAKUBO ANALECTS
W-Turn is a turning handling device combined with a booth, which was developed as original product of TAKUBO. This device transfers the coating table to a certain position in front of coating robot by turning it.
We have developed a coating system in which all of Oil Booth (Coating Booth), Robot and Handling Device (W-Turn) is integrated. It is designed to take a robotic coating operation so efficiently.
Initial operation is slow, but moving is quick. The mechanism is designed to stop at a certain position slowly. Even tall works cannot be fell down by turning. This mechanism has been developed in order to prevent defective coating because falling-down of the works by turning caused defective coatings in conventional devices before.
Mechanism with CW, CCW and Continuous Revolving is installed at the top of W-Turn arm so that it is possible to take Net coating of 90 degrees index and/or Spindle coating. It is really suitable for Revolving Coating（Rの技術）.
It is also useful for automation line because it has a good combination with handling robot due to precise positioning performance.
