Hose-less spray gun with built-in pouch-type paint tank "Hose-less Gun -18" The latest version was announced in 2018.
Since 2006, we have been developing technology as an initiative to make it hose-less. The 2018 version is the latest version.
Developed a mechanism to fill a pouch container with paint, put it in the container, and discharge the paint by water pressure. In addition, the spray gun is docked, and air is piped to the atomization pressure, needle pressure, and pattern pressure to provide the function of a spray gun.
It was developed to eliminate the waste loss of paint remaining inside the paint hose. -

R-11T Gun Sukotti Gun Series is a custom automatic gun for Softboy Pro series, which is smaller and lighter than conventional guns. Evolution of atomization by low-pressure can be realized and also it is possible to easily coat the inside of coating jig.
Much smaller, and much lighter! Decreasing load-burden for the robot with multi-gun can be realized by higher grade designing. Inside coating for the center part of rotating jig during revolving coating becomes much easier and also wider teaching capacity makes coating quality much higher.

The R-08T-SM gun, part of the Sukotti gun series, is a manual two-stage retractable model allowing mechanical changing of the needle position setting and was designed specifically for use with the Softboy Pro. The ability to switch mechanically among three positions eliminates the need for tedious dial adjustment. It delivers excellent ultrafine atomization at low pressure and is a compact and lightweight gun ideal for pearl or metallic finishes.

The R-07T automatic gun, part of the Sukotti gun series, is a more advanced version of the R-05T gun that is compact, lightweight, and designed specifically for use with the Softboy Pro.
Ease of maintenance remains the same, and the atomization air volume can be increased to achieve a thinner coating layer. Marvelously mirror-like finishes can be achieved.
