Coating material sludge is condensed and solidified so that the waste disposal can be reduced.

Oil Booth Companion Model, BOSS 2000, separates coating material sludges into clean oil and sludge by using a centrifugal method with about 1600G.
Clean oil is returened to the booth for re-use. The leftover sludge is condensed and solidified into small waste plastic pellets. The solidified sludge can be reused as fuel.
